Why i do this

I graduated business school at the peak of covid, the world was turned upside down and shortly after, I lost my mother- the person in the world who meant the most to me.

I escaped, spending the summer away & challenging myself in every way possible. I sang karaoke for a crowd, jumped into 45 degree water in the arctic circle, lived out of a van, and brought my camera along for the ride- the last gift my mother gave me.

I made it through on nothing but adrenaline & positivity

I learned a lot that summer.

One: life is too short for the corporate ladder. Two: creativity, connection and adventure are just as important to me as food and water. Three: I’m one hell of a photographer .

I grew my technical knowledge & experience for photography back in Miami, my home town, and shifted gears. I will be living life my way, setting forth on my biggest adventure to date- a career that would mix my love of travel, romance, art and entrepreneurship - wedding photography.

I quickly realized that traditional wasn’t my style. I would be doing things my way and not play by the industry’s rules.

I decided that every couple I spoke to were new friends. People who needed to hear honesty, feel comfort, and build trust. People I needed to properly connect with in order to tell their story, which is why I take time to get to know every couple , hear their love story, and have open line of communication where we chit chat whenever wherever (and often do become real friends!)

Traditional wasn’t what I was aspiring for when it came to connection- but also in my art itself. Blending editorial & documentary styles, I found the perfect method to accurately tell your story.

I switch between curating magazine worthy shots & being the fly on the wall who catches moments and details as they happen.

Now, nearly 3 years since embarking on this adventure, I work with a select amount of couples around the world who share my vision & who empower/ inspire me to live authentically. Thank you so much for hearing my story! I cant wait to hear all about yours.
